Specsavers, although primarily known for supplying cheap spectacles, actually have the facility to supply hearing aids in some of their stores. They concentrate on supplying own brand hearing aids which unfortunately makes price comparisons very difficult, experience shows that comparing exact like for like branded products, Specsavers hearing aids tend to be a bit more expensive than widely available hearing aid prices on the internet.
Specsavers can be a reasonable proposition if you want cheap own label hearing aids and have an optical branch close by that you can visit, however something to consider is that their own brand hearing aids can only be adjusted by Specsavers staff and any accessories you might buy for your hearing aids have to be supplied by them, their hearing aids are locked out from non Specsavers personnel.
Specsavers offer a home visit service in selected areas of the country but our understanding is this service is limited to small pockets of the UK.
