Previously a very dominant part of the UK private hearing aid supply chain, their market share has diminished somewhat over the last few years mainly due to competitive pressure from the internet retailers and other lower cost suppliers.
Because of the relationship between Hidden Hearing, Oticon Hearing Aids and Bernafon Hearing Aids (they are all part of William Demant Holdings), it’s almost certain that if you ask for advice from a Hidden Hearing hearing aid audiologist you will be advised to purchase an Oticon or a Bernafon hearing aid. You will certainly not be offered the wide range of hearing aids available from a good quality independent hearing aid audiologist.
Hidden Hearing as a retailer tend to re-brand the hearing aids they supply, this may give the impression they are supplying a unique product. The re-branded products are actually the same as the equivalent branded product available from us, apart from the fact that we are substantially lower in price.
