Aftercare

We see aftercare as critical to success. You need to know that the person who dispensed your hearing aids is easy to reach and readily available if you have a problem.

Part of our aftercare service is that, should your aids need reprogramming at any time throughout their lifetime, we adjust the response of the aids to your changing hearing as required. There is no charge for this service, and this means your hearing aids can always be programmed up to date with your current prescription. Should your aid develop a fault you also need to know we are there to assist you and get you hearing clearly again.

We are very careful to only dispense hearing instruments within the area we know we can provide you with excellent aftercare. All parts of the area we cover are visited or we are geographically close to at some part of any given week, so if you need us we should in most instances be able to call to see you within a couple of days or so, sometimes sooner!

Sometimes we receive requests for hearing tests and to supply hearing aids outside our natural area, if we don't feel confident we can give you excellent aftercare often we can put you in touch with somebody local to your area that supplies the same high standard of aftercare as ourselves. We have an extensive network of quality local independent hearing aid audiologists throughout the UK we can recommend to you, please just ask.

We are comfortable supplying hearing services within most of Yorkshire, Lancashire and Manchester - Leeds, Bradford, Harrogate, Wakefield, Halifax, Keighley, Skipton, Otley, Ilkley, Bingley, Shipley, Wetherby, York, Malton, Scarborough, Ripon, Huddersfield, Dewsbury, Knaresborough, Castleford, Pontefract, Sheffield, Doncaster, Preston, Blackburn, Burnley, Colne, Barnoldswick, Clitheroe, Nelson, Accrington, Southport, Blackpool, Garstang, Lancaster, Morecambe, Wigan, Bolton, Oldham, Greater Manchester and surrounding areas.

We offer an all make repair service and sell batteries and other accessories at very reasonable prices.

We also have adopted the BSHAA 'Caring for the Customer' Complaints Resolution Scheme. We would like to think that when dealing with Digital Hearing Care things run smoothly all the time, however if things are not going to plan you must obviously let us know so we can put things right. We hope you will never have to use the BSHAA scheme, but if we cannot resolve any problems you have in your dealings with us you have access to an independent conciliation officer and ultimately binding arbitration.
